What This Test Measures
Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
The pituitary hormone that tells the thyroid how much T3 and T4 to make.
Free Triiodothyronine (FT3)
The unbound form of T3, the thyroid hormone your cells use most directly.
Free Thyroxine (FT4)
The unbound form of thyroxine (T4), the main hormone the thyroid releases.
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPO-Ab)
Antibodies to thyroid peroxidase, an enzyme the thyroid uses to make its hormones.

How It Works
