What This Test Measures
Vitamin D
Your vitamin D level. Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium.
Cholesterol Profile
Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides: the main fats carried in your blood.
Inflammation (hs-CRP)
High-sensitivity C-reactive protein, a general marker of inflammation in the body.
Insulin Resistance
Your triglyceride-to-HDL ratio, a common indicator of how well your body responds to insulin.
Average Blood Sugar (HbA1c)
Your average blood sugar over roughly the past two to three months.
Visceral Fat
An estimate of the fat stored around your internal organs.
AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase)
An enzyme found in the liver, heart and muscles.
ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase)
An enzyme found mainly in the liver.
AST:ALT Ratio
Your AST level compared with your ALT level, calculated from the two results.
Total Bilirubin
A yellowish substance from the normal breakdown of red blood cells, processed by the liver.
Alkaline Phosphatase
An enzyme found in the liver, bones and other tissues.
Creatinine
A waste product of normal muscle activity, filtered out by the kidneys.
eGFR (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate)
An estimate of how much blood your kidneys filter each minute, calculated from creatinine.
Fasting Glucose
The amount of sugar in your blood after a period without eating.

At home, with the painless lancet in the kit. Four or five drops of blood are enough for every marker on this test.

Post it back in the prepaid envelope that comes in the kit, from any USPS post office or drop box.

Get your results
Results are shared securely online about 3–4 days after the lab receives your sample.
