How It Works

  1. 1

    Collect your sample

At home, with the painless lancet in the kit. Four or five drops of blood are enough for every marker on this test.

  2. 2

    Send it to the lab

Post it back in the prepaid envelope that comes in the kit, from any USPS post office or drop box.

  3. 3

    Get your results

Results are shared securely online about 3–4 days after the lab receives your sample.

Choose Health states that all testing is performed by CAP- and CLIA-accredited laboratories.
